You're godsend! I've waiting this since the Sims 3 release. Only one question, is there any pose during sim creation to lift the sim's arm? It's tedious to keep back and forth in CAS.

I don't know. I also use CAS properties to control the raising and lowering of the sim's arms.

What kind of CAS Properties to control the arms? Is it  mod?

In my case, I'd go to tattoo section and click the hand raised pose. then i'd put casclockspeed 0 command to freeze the sim in place.
