Replacing Short Races' Genital Files

Can someone help explain how I would go about replacing the genital files for the shorter races Dwarf, Halfling, or Gnome?  BFPP has seperate files to replace the defaults and for all the tall races its easy to do, but for the short races they only have a NKD_Body_A file, and I'm pretty sure that's not what I'm supposed to mess with, do I need to break the Body_A file up in some other application to change the genital files?  If anyone can help explain it to me like I'm five I would really appreciate it
