Any mods that keep the player "leashed" to a follower?

I'm working on setting up a playthrough centered around Devious Followers, and I'm looking for a way to make it feel like I'm "leashed" to them. I don't need an ACTUAL leash, I'm just looking for something that prevents me from going outside of a set radius from a follower of my choosing. Preferably a range that's big enough that I can still get far enough away for them to start following after me (otherwise I wouldn't be able to go anywhere), but small enough that the follower feels inescapable.

I know there are plenty of mods that keep the FOLLOWER close to the PLAYER, but I'm looking for something that does it the other way around.

There was a mod that I reaaaally liked, that would constantly have slavers attempt to leash the dragonborn.  They would parade you around, randomly tie you to furniture, allow others to play with you, I really wish I remembered what that one was.  Anyway it was buggy, if you got ran past the radius you'd be pulled back, and sometimes they would just keep pulling you as a punishment, but it'd never stop.  It was such a promising mod, especially with furniture added, roaming slavers added, and simply slavery added.  I wish someone had picked it up.   I'll try to find the name though.

The mod is called Devious Framework, and it is only available for LE.  Its old and discontinued, but I'd love for someone to pick it up and convert it to SE, cuz it was so immersive and really unpredictable.

This last time I checked worked in se, the problem is the mod was super buggy and those bugs carry over into se.

OMG it does work on SE!  but yeah, I saw a ton of potential in this mod, if only the bugs were worked out of it.  still worth a play every once in a while, I like it with Deviously Helpless when I'm being escorted from one town to the next.
