General question about how janky modded races are

Hey, 

 

I am playing around with creationkit and wanted to ask if anybody has experience into what kind of world of hurt i am about to enter in terms of jank should i decide to create a new race in my mod, going from from 0 'the engine automatically handles everything fine' to 10 'pc crashes and burns'.

 

I am mainly asking in regards to events like 'removing the mod even though the player/NPCs still have the custom race applied to them' and 'randomly applying headparts/tintmasks/textures onto the actor of the modded race'.
