Several glitches with sims chests and genitals in my game

I've come to this forum because I don't know what to do. These glitches have being going on since early 2025 for me. I did not have these problems before 2025 and then they just randomly showed up. I looked around on the internet to see if anyone has similar problems and my finds are pretty scarce. I tried emailing the creator of Wicked Whims a couple times but there are no replies on his side (I don't blame him he has a life outside of mods). 

 

So firstly what bugs me the most is that I have alot of male sims with female body frames. This glitch caused all of them to have breasts. I do not use a breast overlay and I tried the forced breasts off cheat and it didn't work. What's strange is that in CAS there are no breasts on these sims but in live mode they are there.

 

Secondly, my female sims with male frames have no nipples, just mounds. In CAS the breasts do show up, but in live mode they don't. I tried using Sopor Allure's breast overlay to see if that would fix the issue but still nothing.

 

Thirdly, my trans male sims do not have genitals showing in live mode. Specifically vaginas. There is nothing down there. I haven't found any fixes for that one at all.

 

Could anyone please help me out? I have been dealing with this problem for almost a year now and I'm pretty frustrated. It breaks the immersion for me.

First of all, it depends on what mods you have, so I can't really say for sure...
What default mods are installed? Please look for the default data. It's probably either a conflict with the default data, or the default data is missing.
If you're okay with a Sim covered in CC, you can find other nude data and add nipples and genitals.
By the way, haven't you set it using the body selector? You should set it using the body selector.
