whenever i try using the xueli mod it says something about needing to manifest smthn. does anyone know what that means? also im kinda new to using mods so mb if this is basic stuff

Here is the mod, you´ll also need Signature Library (it´s the SigLib folder i sent) and you have to enable each NSFW card version manually.

I've already had a look, unfortunately just based on how STS2 mods work you'd need the encryption key to fix all the logic, so without it you'd basically remaking the mod(although its not that difficult it would take a bunch of time haha)
