Skyrim freezes (but doesnt crash) when followers are matched up via scrappies with P+

My game freezes during testing when using scrappies matchmaker to match followers/NPCs. I'm testing out a fresh install of.

 

Vanilla NPCs have no problems, but its happened with 3-4 sets of followers and it happens intermittently, sometimes the animations work fine. Same Followers, SLSB pack and P+ version as my previous build from last year but with the fresh install the game freezes randomly, which is annoying because it doesnt produce a crash report. Anyone have suggestions to debug?
