Purple textures when initiating dialogue

Whenever I initiate a dialogue with a follower, their body turns purple, as if there's no textures, but textures are present and they come back after about a minute. Also, mouth textures for all the NPCs are missing. I have no idea how to fix it. Help me, please.

Try using the exclusion method and close all related mods. If it is determined to be a follower mod issue, then there is no other way
