I'll recommend Vivid Dead. While you can't unequip her clothing's yourself, there is Clothing Damage, and you can eventually get her fully naked when she's taken enough hits. The problem is that when you get a game over all her clothes come back, but by turning off Clothing Damage, this doesn't happen. 

 

So have Clothing Damage on, take damage, exit the level to heal or turn off CD before getting a game over, repeat until fully naked, and then keeping CD off. 

Alternatively just use Cheat Engine to strip her down to her nads. That works too, and there should be a Cheat Table for this game somewhere out there. However if you don't want to use CE, then I'll recommend using the little Sickle throwing Lantern guys to help you strip. Touching them deals low and predictable damage, so the risk of an accidental game overs putting clothing back on you is low.

I've played that one, and it is fun, but I never thought about Cheat Engine for making her naked. Might consider if I can find what controls that.

 

Either way, the game itself is still not inherently what I'm looking for, just since you can't really control her clothing in-game, but it is still really well-made.

When you run out of weapon energy, you will be "Unbirthed" or "Eaten" depending on the creature that grabs you.   if you don't lose the last of your HP, after waiting long enough their clothing will digest away, and you escape them clad in just your soft skin and perky breasts.

 

You may need to change some settings to enable nudity, but it's not hard.

 

Beating the game unlocks the gallery and free battle.

 

The bunny girl plays exactly like a metal slug character, but you can shoot a bit faster when crouched, and I don't think the knife does more damage than the gun.
