skyrim ae At Wits End with SoS

So to give context with my problem, I had spent months playing AE Skyrim as a male and I never once had issues with SoS physics and had it properly working with mods like HIMBO 4. and after months of playing male, I had decided to play female.  This was about for two months of play with mods still working as intended.  And just recently I decided to play a new game as a new male character only to find out that my SoS physics suddenly stopped working.  I know that it still functions properly as the testicles still have the physics and aren't stiff, but the cock itself is.  It's still able to move up and down and even works with PPA, but the dick itself is just.. stiff!  I have no idea how to fix this issue, at first I assumed it was a bodyslide issue and I've updated to the latest HIMBO version and conducting my own tests with HIMBO I've come to the conclusion it isn't a bodyslide issue, let alone a HIMBO issue.  I'm thinking it could be a skeleton overlap issue but I think I've fixed that too.  I have no idea what is wrong with my SoS but it has completely lost its physics and I have no idea that the culprit is or how to fix it
