[Request] Spell book mod.

Had the idea of a mod that would introduce a physical book that would have to be in your player(or theoretically, PC+human/elf NPC) inventory whose presence would allow them to cast spells directly. 

 

The idea of adding NPCs needing it is that then you can steal the book and silence the caster. 

The really hard part would be tying the spells you know to the spells in the book.  So if you grabbed a boss's book, you can get their spells.

1) Are you looking for a mod that does what you want?

2) If you intend to create one that does what you ask

Either one really.  Sorry, I thought I was in the SE/AE section.  Was looking to see if it existed or if there was any interest in such a thing.
