Porting Small Talk from SE to LE

can anyone port small talk mod from SE (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/168228) to LE, please? i've tried to backport it myself, but when i test it in the game, the dialogue options didn't appear at all. i didn't know what went wrong. it's a great mod i assure you. making a little conversation with vanilla followers when traveling around the world. thank you!
