Trolls and Wolves not animating

For some reason Trolls and Wolves are not animating properly when ever I use Match Maker, The troll simply stands there doing his idle animations the wolf just freezes up... Player character animates perfectly;yu however.  I've run FNIS several times but it still does not fix the problem.
