Autonomy between NPCs on home lot

I’ve noticed that autonomy between NPC + NPC does work correctly on community lots, but it does not work at all on my residential home lot.

 

When two or more married NPC Sims are invited to my Sim’s home lot, they never start any autonomous interactions with each other. The same happens for other non-married NPC Sims with any type of romantic relationship. In the WickedWhimsInfoLog, I consistently see:

 

[SEX_AUTONOMY/INFO] Sim 'Example Sim' + Sim 'Example2 Sim2' resulted in -103 sex pair score.

This happens every time, and they never proceed with anything. I would like NPC Sims who visit my home lot to autonomously interact with each other (without involving my active Sim).

 

Is sex autonomy supposed to work between NPC + NPC on a residential lot? Or does it only work between NPC + active Sim?

I'm having the same issue for a few months now. I don't know exactly when it started but at the beginning I noticed they only had sex if it was on my own residential lot or a 'public venue' but they didn't have any (sex)interactions when I was visiting another NPC residential lot (Like 24 hour house party with 25 sims, hypersexual lot trait and they still didn't have sex with each other). This week I noticed they won't start NPC+NPC sex even on my own residential lot, now they only have sex on public venues, I didn't update or change any sex-related mods recently, it's like NPC+NPC whicked interactions are slowly bugging out more and more.
 They will try to start sex with the sim i'm playing at the moment but not with each other.
Tried to change some things like the 'relationship points', cooldowns, reset the settings, playing as another sim, and nothing seems to work; they will try like every 30 seconds to start sex with my Sim, but not with another NPC.

For me it is the same. If i visit public venus NPC interact with each other. In my lot NPCs do only interact with each other if i have organized a sex party. But if there NPCs at my lot without this special event they do not interact with each other. Even if i use the extreme preset for sex autonomy. Then they ask my sims every few seconds for interactions. Solo interactions sometimes work but no NPC+NPC interactions.

Then maybe it helps to increase the Extra Points for NPC Pairs to above 100. I can try this in the next days.
I thought the value at this option should be in the range -5 to 5, but makeuzio`s finding show that the value range is much higher.
Maybe the issue itself (whatever it is) will change the value to -100 to definitely not allow NPC+NPC interactions.

I tested to apply Extra Points for NPCs pairs, but it does not work. The pair score stays at -103, resulting in no NPC-NPC sex.
I also tested this with WW Only (no other mods) to check the possibility that an other mod lead to this. But the issue stays, so no other mod causes the issue.
How I / we can solve this issue?
Also my question is: Why only a few people have recognized this. It is working for others?

I could be way off base here, but I think the system is designed to specifically discourage sex off the home lot absent some factor intended to encourage it. After all, if you were hosting a dinner party, would you expect all your guests to pair off and start banging? On the other hand, if you were hosting an orgy...

 

Long story short, it makes sense to me that NPC's aren't going to just randomly start having sex in your home when you're not hosting a sex party.

In earlier versions NPC-NPC interactions also work an residential lots without hosting an Sex party or "orgy" how you call it. So, the question is what has changed and why? I could not find such informations in the changelog of the last versions of the WW mod. Maybe it is not intended, but was influenced by either Game updates or WW updates. Than the author(s) should know about this issue. If it is intended, the author(s) can communicate this, if it was not they can work on this issue.
