Vanilla-style bedmodels with proper collisions?

After way too many years of tinkering, my skyrim mod-setup is working too well. So now i'm getting annoyed by small things, like actors sinking into beds.

 

I know this has to do with the bed models having wrong collision meshes: Basically the lazy bethesda artists simply placed a collision plane on the mattress, then added things like pillows and blankets on top, without updating collisions.

 

And just swapping them for 3rd-party mods is not as simple:

 

1. Either those 3rd-party mods don't have proper collisions either.

2. Or they replace the beds with totally different looking ones, that don't fit into the setting, or have different dimensions that mess up NPC navigation.

3. Or they have a bazillion polygons for screen archers.

 

All i want is the vanilla beds or something similiar looking with proper collisions and reasonable polycounts. Heck, if somebody just took the vanilla models and moved the collision planes 2 inches up, that would be good enough for me.

 

Does anybody know if such a mod exists and can provide links?

I honestly don't know, because:

 

1. The mod description does not mention anything about fixing collisions for the bed itself. It only talks about removing collisions for the bedposts.

 

2. I don't know where to find this bed ingame. A simple websearch says that Noblebed02 can be crafted in some playerhomes, but not where to find it in public places. So i have no way to test it with reasonable effort.

By the way: If anyone wants to propose Ignoble Beds. It checks all three of the boxes below:

Ignoblebeds cannot ever have proper collisions, because the beds are designed to make this impossible. Stuff like folds in the blankets across the entire fucking bed. It also looks out of place - not even maintaining the color of the beds they replace. And is ultra-poly. The "less poly"-version only brings it down to high-poly. Basically Ignoble Beds is exactly what i am not looking for.
