Are there any mods for this game that change the art to more explicit versions not just the uncensored Japanese versions of the cards but full lewd versions?

and if not how hard would it be to start making such a mod?

Yeah of course you can alternate the card texture.
You may need sometools.

you can know the ID of a card.
For instance, Victorica, Angel of Bravery is 16801.

you can search the English name or the ID in this table.
And then you can know what the hash of the card is.
