The game uses Unreal Engine and has some nice Models of the Crew. You can basically Zoom in and watch them in the different rooms, as well as the "in engine" cut scenes. 

 

I think it should be possible to change some room layouts to be more sexy, like maybe a beach in the holodeck and some sexier skins for the crew. 

 

I'd love to steer the Loveboat Voyager to help with some urges in the Delta Quadrant.

There's mods being posted to NexusMods, at the moment they're largely gameplay stuff but there's definitely a modding scene coming into view.

 

In terms of the actual game mechanics, it feels like it ought to be possible to work in some dating sim-like content. And yeah, graphical updates for room layouts and character skins would be great.

 

My big non-horny dream of a mod for it would be a mod which lets you do some chill open world exploration with community-written mission content, so adding sexy missions ot that wound be grand.
