Can not get Problems of Survivor to start

Hello, i have problems with "problems of survivor". And are very confused where to start.

 

1. I downloaded all files from meggafiles, was that right or should i only download one file? 

2. After i downloaded it i installed it with help of vortex. Vortex do not complain installing it.

3. I see it in my modlist in vortex But i do not see any plugin? Is it correctly installed or not?

4. In game i have no button in goodneighbour so that is missing, so no way to start it?

 

Do any havve any idea what i shall do to get it start correctly? Or any idea how i can install it to work step by step for a noob? I have all stuff working from prereqs.
