Sims heads have disappeared

Ever since I updated my game and added the new EP and SP's, a lot of my sims heads have disappeared - usually leaving nothing but hair and teeth/lips.

 

Has anyone come across this issue before? If so, what was the offending file and how did you fix it?

In my case, it was a MOD's fault, specifically an old version of "Kijiko_Remove_EA_Lashes."
If that's not the case, I recommend going into CAS, selecting the face, and removing the various components and accessories, such as makeup, hair, eyelashes, etc.etc.

Turns out "Kijiko_Remove_EA_Lashes" was the problem.
