Autonomy Setting not Sticking

Odd issue on my end:  When I change the sex autonomy setting radio buttons, they rarely remain active, even on the same lot. 

 

I do have MCC up and running, so I'll try disabling it and any other mod to see if that does the trick. 

 

Game and WW (and MCC) are all the latest builds.
