[Search] Mod that makes arousal do something other than random sex

I've noticed a ton of cool mods that have loads of different ways of increasing/decreasing arousal for PC and NPCs, but not many mods that do much with that arousal value. A lot of mods use it to pair random aroused NPC/PCs, but I'm not really a fan of random sex happening for no reason. If there's high arousal assault too, I wish it had some resistance mechanic like aroused creatures does, or Battlefuck. A random farmer shouldn't have an easy time assaulting Aela, but he might get lucky. I know there are some that give debuffs for high arousal, but that isn't particularly interesting imo and they tend to be either insignificant or way too significant. 

 

Ideally there would be a mod similar to Sexlife that works and makes high arousal NPC/PC/follower pairings have at least some kind of memory to simulate a relationship growing, maybe a few non sex interactions at the start as well. But any mod that does something interesting with arousal values or has well balanced debuffs for arousal or has effects on NPCs is very welcome!
