Player character female body mesh not working properly

I am pretty new to all of this, and I downloaded all the crash and bug fix side of viva new vegas, as well as sofa, and tryout, These three things work great, the issue I am having is that when I other mods in suddenly the mesh on my female pc doesn't work, and just goes to the default underwear from the base game, but when the sex act ends my character will go nude. The mods I am currently having the issue with, are sexout struggle and sexout assault 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone needs more information, like my likely fucked up load order, please let me know.
