Problem with DOAHDM nude costumes not unlocked?

I have installed the latest version of DOAHDM as instructed by the readme, and most of the characters have their full nude costume and a few other DOAHDM costumes locked (all costumes are unlocked on Marie Rose however). 

I am running DOA core fighters on steam, and have used a CreamAPI config to unlock all DLC.

Any tips? Thanks

Im having the same problem and now i cant go back to having them all unlocked

I'm not sure what game you may have, legit or pirated, but there are costumes that are locked and can be unlocked by playing a few matches, others can be unlocked by having the proper DLC installed no matches required, so either you don't have the DLC, purchase it if your game is legit; but if your game is pirated, you may have an outdated version of the game or DLC or some file may be corrupted and the game it's not reading it properly.
