I need some help with this

So what I am referring to is the Errors Enabled Actor Types and the *warning* [091] Scene attempted with zero valid actors submitted disregard the other stuff this was just testing to see which mod was causing this with no luck. this issue has been hounding me for weeks I have tried everything I can find on the issue to fix it with no luck. Now the thing is it was working Autonomy Enhanced (I like to see which configurations the computer will do and it feels much more immersive that way in my opinion also if your sneaky you can catch your enemy's with there pants down literally)without a problem for a while then I went  to the scene manger and made a scene between to settlers and then all of a sudden it started with this error the weird thing is SEU still works for me when I enter scene manager any scene I want to set up works and all the animations work but it gives there error only when the NPCs try to have sex. what I have done About it 1) I ran debug mode 2) I reset the AAF_quest. 3) I remade all of the bodies in Bodyslide 4) I started a brand new game 5) I removed all AAF and AAF adjacent mods and gave them a clean reinstallation then started a brand new game 6) reinstalled the F4SE 7) made sure nothing was overriding any files that would cause conflicts 8 ) down loaded AAF_GFV and AAF_DCU. 9) I followed the  AAF fucking manual (rel name) and put them in the correct order  but still having this issue now I am using MO2  I am using Fusion girl for Female and Body talk For male I have checked the forums LoverLab and others and I cant find anyone with the same issue as me all I am looking for is some advice or suggestions on what to do next because it was working before.

Does this happen after you get out of the vault? maybe Codsworth isn't a valid actor or Nate or Nora at this stage in the game,also all those esp errors are because in one of the anim mods you have checked that those mods a present when actually they are not

Yes it happens after I leave the vault this picture is just one I took it just to show what I am talking about I was 50/50 my mods at the time. happens to all the actors its really frustrating  I am about to do the nuclear option and clean out the entire game and give everything a clean reinstall but it just takes so long but that looks my only option I have left.

At the first, it's not a good idea test something in prewar Sanctuary. It  should work, but still not best option. 

Second - if you are followed TFM then everything must work. 

Third - your game version is?
