How to config ENB to make clothes more transparent?

In my game the translucent v-neck shirt from caenarvon cosplay pack is too opaque

But in in other people's game it looks more transparent

It seems to be an ENB/lighting issue but I don't know how to config the ENB settings

I'm using LUX, LUX Via, LUX Orbis and Pi-Cho ENB.

Without touching the ENB, you can do it with Nifskope.

Could be this.

So it is done by community shader instead of ENB? I guess I need to figure out how to switch to CS then. Thanks

The most important tip I can give you is to reset your Skyrim ini files. CS is almost completely bound to the ini files, and there's settings in there that have a massive impact on CS that can't be adjusted in its GUI. Make a backup of the inis first, as there will be irrelevant things you'll want to copy over - like grass density, and DOF.

Edit: Grab "Bethini Pie" (not Bethini) and use their medium preset (not high, even if you have NASA computer) as a base and work your way up from there.

I'm more worried about the use of environmental MOD like the LUX, Cathedral weather, DynLOD and stuff. I heard they are not compatible or partially compatible
