[Mod] Bad Gas - A Project Silverfish Fart Fetish Mod

Simple modification I made for the amazing in-development Project Silverfish that changes one of the selectable/obtainable passive attributes to make you fart occasionally . Still a work in progress, and currently it's an implementation I don't like- replacing sound files rather than actually modifying the effect . 

 

Requirements:

I think it needs ue4ss ? my game runs like ass with this mod installed if i'm not also running ue4ss but idk maybe my game is busted . it's hard to find testers for this kind of thing !

 

To Install:

Drop the unzipped .pak, .ucas, and .utoc files into your '[steam library]\Silverfish\Content\Paks' folder . subfolders also work !

Currently Implemented:

- Fart occasionally, creating sound and possibly revealing your location to nearby enemies, with the 'Bad Gas' attribute active .

- All gas masks/headgear/etc have their low-pass filter removed, as technically the previous bit is done by altering the cough sound effects, and said filter made it sound Weird . a version that doesn't do this is available on the nexus .

- Alters the 'Bad Cough' attribute to reflect these changes .

 

Planned:

- Top priority is seeing if i can recreate this mod without replacing sound files to begin with, as leaving the cough functional for effects like sickness would be awesome .

- Ideally, i'd like to see about adding this attribute, rather than replacing an existing attribute . more variety and compatibility, etc . unfortunately unreal engine suuuucks forever .

- someone on nexus suggested adding a shart version, which i'm looking into . it's not as strictly my thing as the more vanilla variant but perverts need to stick together !

- either on this mod or in companion pieces i hope to add more fart fetish stuff . idk theres not a lot out there and i want to do my part in normalizing it o7 (and also im a weird nerd)

um hi ! i don't usually upload things i make because i have mega social anxiety and feel like i'm going to be murdered if i'm slightly socially improper , which i am bad at judging because of my autism ! hooray ! that being said, idk i'll never get out of hermit mode if i don't manage to exist outside of my room . so here is my epic swag mod for gamers ! enjoy and stuff . please feel free to comment/message/send a pigeon my way if you have any thoughts or whatever !
