[Bug] Black face in certain light sources

Hello good friends, I need some help with a rather peculiar lighting bug. My apologies if I'm re-posting a problem that someone else had, but I could not find if anyone had an issue like me so please bare with me.

 

Okay my char is at the Pinewatch basement when I noticed something odd about the face, that under some certain overhead light sources, her head turned black while her hair and body were illuminated normally.

 

I've tried disabling my ENB and my lighting mods, tried different skin textures, I even installed a different head mesh. All ended with the same black lit head. It's rather frustrating for me and I would love any input on how to resolve this issue.
