First Person View (Improved Camera) Bug / Feature Request

I noticed that when "Improved Camera" is installed and the "Clean System" option runs in the Sexlab MCM, the camera switches to a state very similar to the old "Immersive First Person View" mod. This view is actually desirable to me as it accurately places the camera where the eyes of the player are, whether they are tall or short, crawling, etc.. It's not that jittery either and Precision / True Directional Movement works correctly in this state.

 

Problems with this state:
-Getting into this camera state is hacky. Sitting in a chair and similar actions removes the state
-Item selection is wrong / doesn't match what you're actually looking at

-Can look at yourself. Character needs to rotate with look direction or restrict max angles

 

I've looked at the source code for "Improved Camera" and it's above my head tbh, lots of dependencies too. Just wondering if anyone with more experience has a similar interest in this, otherwise it's just an interesting quirk.
