Shower bug or settings issue?

I have the updated patch and the new update from WickedWhims. Haven't faced too many issues so far. However when a couple takes a Shower together (using the Shower with option), they do not strip their clothes. The enter the shower cabin wearing the same clothes. Individually if they enter the shower however, they do strip naked and enter. Is it a bug or a settings issue? I have tinkered with the WickedWhims settings in game but to no avail

You don't have the new update from WW, because it's not out yet. Sims 4 had a patch yesterday and WW has not been updated since the latest Sims patch

I think the thread starter meant the Patreon version of ww, it is already out for Patreon member, not yet for Public.
