Updating newest sexlab framework 138B

I used NMM to install 137-138 patch but now that 138B is out i want to update......if i update to 138B NMM won't recognize the previous versions of sexlab framework and then I'll have three mods installed instead of one.....my question is how do i update to the newest version and uninstall 137-138 patch without screwing up my game? Any help would be greatly appreciated

clean sexlab and plugins that have this function, save, quit, unintsall everything sexlab. reload game, save, quit again. Install 1.38b and plugins, run BOSS, FNIS. play

 

This is the way i do the install or update every time and and have had very little problems
