Change Player Voice Type in Skyrim AE?

I want to be able to change my player char's default voice, particularly between genders and races. I know there's stuff like DBVO, but it's way more than I'm looking for. I just want to change the grunts, hurt sounds, and shouts. I've seen there's PC Head Tracking and Voice Type SE, but it's not super clear how well it's working with AE. Can anyone confirm if it works okay on AE (and can you turn the head tracking off?), or if there's something else I could use that does? Thanks in advance for any help!

With my Skyrim, I comfortably use both DBVO and PC Head Tracking.
