Trying to pinpoint what's doing this

Over the last few months I've been tooling around with my load order, trying to get a new play through going. But in the last few weeks I have noticed that NPCs are blocked from passing through a specific part of Riverwood. The provided screenshot shows where NPCs are stopped and I'm providing my load order to see if anyone has ran into this particular issue before.

  1. Go get More Informative Console.
  2. Go stand on the place where NPCs can't walk.
  3. Open the console.
  4. toggleborders
  5. View the problem area: is it confined to one cell, or on the border of multiple cells?
  6. Stand in one of the cells involved.
  7. Open the console again.
  8. Press tab.
  9. Note down the form id of the cell you're currently in. Repeat this for all cells involved.
  10. Quit the game.
  11. Open xEdit, do not change the load order.
  12. Browse to the form id(s) you found earlier.
  13. Disable the last mod to change the navmesh, or undo its changes by copying the navmesh from something reliable like Skyrim.esm or Update.esm.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately my graphics card died, so it'll be awhile before I can troubleshoot it.
