Need help with nif merge and tes5edit !

I have one problem and need some solution.

So, im working on new follower mod and trying to transfer face from PC to the new follower i created. And of cource because im using ECE and few other mods , NifMerge told me, that i need to update headparts.csv But because in not a pro modder i dont know how exaxctly i can do this. Can anyone help me?
How exactly with help of tes5edit i can transfer needed headpart info from ECE and other mods to headparts.csv ? Step by step solution would be just great.
