Need help with creating a custom body mesh (FemaleBody.nif)

I have literally been at this on my own for months with no results...SoI am starting a new playthrough of Fallout 4. I've got most of everything set up and ready to go, just not my PC's body. She has a cybernetic left arm and right leg.

Most prosthetics mods I've found only tackle the right arm and are also attached to clothing/armor that I am not interested in using. I have tried to build a custom body in both Outfit Studio by itself, then Blender ---> Outfit Studio, and no dice. I am using a mashup of other user's mods (my end result is for personal use only, I'm not going to share it).

In Outfit Studio, I cannot get bone weights to copy even after painting the waits to red and conforming sliders. Everything looks good in Body Slide, but not in-game. I get a missing leg and/or stretched arms and fingers. I am using Unique Player LooksMenu Edition to separate my PC's meshes and textures from all other characters'. I have tried placing the FemaleBody.nif and FemaleBody.tri files into the vanilla path and in my UPLME path with no results.

Additionally, when I DO get the mesh to actually output as one file, in-game it will appear as zeroed sliders even though I built it under a preset (like CBBE Curvy). The vanilla triangle will work, but the Extended Sliders will not...despite there being a .TRI file present.

Could someone please help me with a step-by-step on how to actually mash up the CBBE body, the prosthetic arm and prosthetic leg meshes so that they actually function as a single FemaleBody.nif mesh?
