Virgin CK user needs help with Custom Follower issue.

HI. I was disappointed with the marriage choices in Skyrim  for my female Werewolf. So I decided to try my hand at ck.

 

I followed J-U-I-C-E 's instructions to the "T" as well as watched many a youtube videos. Took me ALL day yesterday. But I couldn't figure out how to get the apachii hair on my character. I now know how to edit my . ini so I can. So I downloaded the NPC editor, but still can't get the tattoos on him. Oh well...no biggy. I got him looking fantastic in game. I had placed him in HiHrothgar. After changing him with npc editor, it saved him as a completely different npc so hen I went to see him, the one I made with the ck was there as well as the new one from editor. The one from the ck had vanilla hair and a grey face. Neither had the option to follow me in dialogue. I went back to my plugins and deleted the ck version (it was named with his name then follower) and kept the one from editor (which was named just his name.esp. I went back in game and the  good one was there.

 

Problem: He acts like he is already following me in speech and dialogue options. I use EFF as well and tht menu came up like he was already following me but I never asked him to. AND he doesn't actually follow me. I even traveled to the town of ivrstead and used the console to move him to me and he came, said, "I'm right behind you" then turned and left and went back to the place I had put him in ck. When I use the EFF menu to dismiss him, he says the right thing, and the EFF menu goes away, but then when I try to talk to him again, all the dialogue options are still as if he is following me, there is no EFF menu like he is following me, and there is no option to ask for hi to follow me, and he speaks as if he is still following me. I also use Wardrobe Manager and in the dialogue box, it has the option for that as well. Everything seems to be working except I can't dismiss him and I can't get him to follow me.

 

I use Boss, TES5EDIT, WYRE BASH, etc.

 

Can you help me please? Or should I give up on trying to learn ck?

 

P.S. I was so looking forward to learning this on this weekend as my son is with a friend and he is disabled and won't be gone again for another month! He comes home tomorrow and it is hard to be involved with anything other than him when he is home.
