I tried to update and set it up correctly but Zaz animations wouldn't work like with the old versions. I should be able to fix this when I get home, with 1.5.1. It would also be helpful to know if this was a just-me thing, or if Zaz animations are STILL broken, despite allegedly being fixed at some point. FNIS made them work, so it's a pandora issue.

The Helgen CTD was also fixed, but it still crashes in Helgen. Bogus FNIS errors were fixed, but they're still printed. Canine animations were fixed 2 or 3 times. ... Obviously not saying Pandora is flawless, but it seems odd that everything else seems to work except for (apparently) this decade old mod called ZAZ. How about some of this: Rebuild ZAZ's behaviour file using the FNIS modding tool, then build actor behaviour files with Pandora. Find the Havok tools, and poke around in ZAZ's files. See if you spot anything out of the ordinary.

Ft Knox doesnt rely on Zaz for a dependency, instead it has its own copies of the animations that it uses. They used to work before I switched to Pandora. I ended up installing the Zaz 8.0 pack, and now they consistently work. I do still have another issue on every version of Pandora where some animations don't work. MOST of them are fine, but certain objects (pull chains, levers) will play mismatched animations. I can live with this one, but I will look into it if you have any insight on what could be happening there.

I assume you mean player animations. I use Immersive Interactions - Animated Actions-47670-1-78-1724933859 for that. Not noticed NPCs having any issues by default. Check DAR/OAR, might have a mod replacing those animations.

Updated Immersive Interactions and swapped DAR for OAR (OAR didn't work alongside Pandora v1.5.1 for me, now running 4.0.4). Tested Zaz, SLAL, and Immersive interactions animations.
