Not sure if I can be much help, but it looks like something from Caliente's Beautiful Bodies, now merged with the main mod as part of a FOMOD installer.

 

I've also run your screenshot through ChatGPT and Gemini, and they both suggest that it isn't a single mod, but possibly a merged plugin containing various other mods; they suggest the likely sources are "High Poly Head", "The Eyes of Beauty" / "Pretty Face", and a brows mod like "Hvergelmir's Brows", "KS Hairdos - Brows Addon", or "SG Brows". Of course, that's AI talking, so take it with a grain of salt. If you want, I can provide their full responses if you think they're on the right track.

Looks like a patch for High Poly Petty Face and Darker Eyebrows? Or maybe that's an older version of the mod, as it now seems to be standalone.

 

Other option is that it was an old patch for High Poly Head and Pretty Face with the Darker Eyebrows add-on, but since the above mod was introduced, it's no longer used/available.
