Me Again - Pandora Output - Is this OK?

Yeah, about that... Yesterday my game went into a crash frenzy I've never seen before. 7 unique crashes with 30 mins, pointing to foot IK, Havok physics and a fire hazard object outside Whiterun (of all things). I couldn't find anything off with the fire hazard so I moved on to the physics and foot IK. First thing was to rebuild behavior files with FNIS and test, so I did. All problems went away, including the fire hazard crash. These were *all* repeatable before with Pandora files.

 

I'm now running on FNIS behaviour files again, wondering whether Pandora is such a good idea after all.

 

 

When a mod with a dll is involved, all bets are off. When in doubt, dump the mods containing a dll, even (or epscially?) the ones that claim to fix things.

I'm generally against removing threads or conversations, especially if they went somewhere. With any luck one of them shows up in a future Google search and solves someone else's problem.

My roommates are always asking me clarifying questions.  I guess I think in short snips.  Sorry.  

 

So FNIS with Nemesis?  I suppose that is the next step if I get into a "crash frenzy".  Sorry that happened.  I currently have not run FNIS so I will have a chance to test Pandora only with my list.  

 

Thanks again.  Oh, I did  delete the fork.  I was in a special kind of emotional state when I posted it.  Either you are overly analytical or you were being kind in your followup post.  Not sure which.  🤣

Well I suppose I can take that as a compliment.  Sort of.  Inanimate being with hints at superior intelligence.  Might be the title of a movie.  "IT" -  The being that took over the world.

As far as I am concerned, it was my choice to attempt to help, thus, I do not see any reason for you to apologize. You could and should however draw a lesson from it and handle Skyrim debugging more rationally in the future, (easy for me to say as a guy who's not subjected to a Pon Farr every 28 days).

To be fair, there is no other game in existence nor is there likely to be that requires that much of attention to run it modded. So cut yourself some slack.

Most men are dumb. Judging people by their hair color or heritage is dumb. Perpetuating the stereotype is dumb too. In fact, blondes are more intelligent on average, see

So the TLDR is, you encountered an issue, you've attempted to fix it by using Pandora, which broke a little more (TK Dodge), you discovered more errors and on top of that the problem description was wrong. I was picturing T-Posing actors, and frozen animations, not a full CTD. The takeaway is to write down a short, precise problem description and always take notes of what and when it happens. Pandora isn't a cure for all though, it may still not work in some situations, as Traison suggested and that other guy I linked.

What was that about not having the patience? Woman always say one thing and do the opposite... That was some proper deduction. This information will be useful in the future. Believe it or not, I have precision on my check out list. So I know in advance to expect problems with SL, I'd like to test if and under which settings it may work.

I can dance but don't recall dancing to that song.  Oh, not nice mentioning Pon Farr without explaining what it was.  Wasted a lot of time trying to translate it.  Thought it was French or a similar language.  But admit it sounds about right.

Let me know when you decide to try it.  I actually do play the game just enjoy sex as a do it so I have some combat improvement mods loaded.  I'm not sure what they all are as I'm discovering them as a go.   SCAR and Precision I know.

Probably more a generational thing. Everybody watched Star Trek in the 90s. I barely know Tailor Swift and Ed Sheran   
I used to dance, took Salsa lessons, went house clubbing every week and can manage a Walter quite well, it's a heritage thing. So maybe someday. So have fun.

Why thank you, the usual, a few crashes, a few incompatibilities, and some lazy bugger modders who published dirty scripts, I think it will work though.
