Pose help?

For story purposes I need a screenshot of a sim reacting to a pregnancy test. I've downloaded two different pose packs that might work, from GSC and Sovasims, and I've got the pregnancy test object installed. I know it's there, because I can place it in build mode.

 

But any time I run a pose using the WW pose player, the pregnancy test doesn't appear. The sim is just looking at and reacting to her empty hand.

 

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

 hey, you should add a pregnancy test to your outfit as an accessory. I hope I helped
