It's crazy that they haven't fixed this for so long. You can't remove it in cas or cheat it off which is stupid. I have tried and nothing changes or works: Cleaning the acne in-game with the cleanser and shower Disabling and re-enabling acne in the high school pack settings CAS cheats (CAS.fulleditmode) aging down to teen and up
