Sexlab Approach S Addon. What is it?

I saw it in the baka's subscribestar page. There is a beta addon mod for his ''Approach Redux'' It's locked. Only for subs. So I couldn't see the details of the post. I could just see the title.

I looked some of previous post. There are mentions of this addon but no details. He talks about how big of a addon it is but nothing about what it actually is.

 

What is this addon for? What is it? What does it do?
