Vortec Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Like the title says I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to diagnose Skyrim AE (Latest) game freezing up, have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del to exit the game. No I am not missing masters, etc. Crash log is useless for this.

Enabling the Papyrus Log in Skyrim's INI file can be helpful. I had a few Freeze issues, and this one pointed to an overlay problem in RaceMenu caused by a poorly installed mod. I was missing some requirements, and the author didn't mention them in the Nexus structure but only in a pinned comment. Enabling the Papyrus Log might pinpoint the cause of your problems, though not always. And Crash Log won't be useful to you because the freeze is a different problem. Good luck. 1

Start removing mods until the problem goes away. You'll be done in 3 hours max. Edit: If you want to know why I said 3 years, here's the 5,252 page manual on the x86-64 instruction set. Try this solution it's less than 5 minutes A good tutorial is available here: https://github.com/iAmMe27/Merethic?tab=readme-ov-file#setup-your-page-file It's not actually related to the modlist you can do the `Setup your Page File` steps
