SOS addon or size change?

i have only the Smurf sos and some are missing in mcm, how do you change the size or get other types

I'm pretty sure that SOS comes with both Smurf and Vector Plexus packaged, maybe you should reinstall or reset it. Other than that, there are plenty of separate mods that provide SOS plugins, like Bad Dog Hoodies for example, which has an uncut Human penis, one for orcs, as well as slit and sheath for Argonian and Khajiit respectively (though you can technically use those on any race, it just might look a bit odd) for male and/or females, depending on which packs you downloads.

 

As for the size, you can change that in race menu for the player character, in it's own separate tab. IIRC it's called genitals.

NPCs size can be changed in the SOS's MCM with a single slider.
