Simple Penis 2.0 for females causing skin problems

I'm using Simple Penis 2.0 for females and the taint\butt area is discolored and glitchy. See the photo below.

 

I tried switching to just using default body options and it still remains. It only goes away if I switch back to the default female WW penis. Anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks for any help!

This is a change you can't do anything about, so I can say with certainty that it's by design, but since SimplePenis 2.0 for women is only available on Patreon, you should ask the creator on Patreon. (If you can be sure that you haven't cracked it)
