fallout 4 scrap, and save to workshop

every time I try to scrap something,  or save to workshop, my game crashes to desktop.

I have not added any new mods, or changed anything in my game setup

However, my OS did do an update prior to my discovery.

I have tried going back to a different load but the problem is still there.

 

Any ideas, or could someone point me in the right direction?

could you tell me how to do this I am relatively new to windows 11 having been forced off windows 7

Just for the record thought it is only on the drive in theatre settlement that this is happening

my Sanctuary build is a mess

as well
