[HELP] Controllable and uncontrollable animations, technical difference?

Hi, I want to know what are the technical differences between controllable and uncontrollable animations in skyrim.

 

By uncontrollable I mean animations where player only can rotate camera when animation is playing, eg. sitting in chair sexlabs sex animations.

 

Controllable are animations where player can turn character while animation is playing: walking, combat animations and like.

 

I really, really, REALLY want to know how to change controllable animation into uncontrollable one. I tried asking all over the net, but I did not get any response.

 

Please help.
