It seems like most on here is Sexlab only?

Any pointers to good OSTIM compatible sex mods I would be grateful to.

I assume you refer to Ostim Standalone which has a featured list of add-ons on its mod page, I don't think I have seen a single Ostim mod here there are all on the nexus. 
There are quite a few, and apart from animations, it really depends on what you want? 

 

I use ostim on demand, ostim lovers, and amorous adventures, Immersive Wenches for ostim to name a few.

Your question is more vague than you might think. If you could tell us specifically what you're hoping to find, it'd be easier to point you in the right direction.

 

Off the top of my head, Curse of Life and the Ancient Profession have Ostim compatibility. For what it's worth, however... you can use Sexlab and Ostim together.
