roldoi1911 Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444 The three BIN files for version 1.6.1179 vauses ctd when its the version installed and for my mods. I’ve tried the solutions given in the comments, but none as worked. Am I missing something? Are people running sexlabs and other skse mods on this version? Is there anything i can do? Or just reinstall for an older more stable build?
plutocene Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 Hi, wrong forum. Highly doubtful that its address library. I use it on AE. Everybody uses it. There is a relatively recent issue with one drive, have you explored this avenue? Ensure you have backups disabled in the property settings. I'm still clinging on to Windows 10 so I haven't had the pleasure yet. Perhaps a mod ships with an outdated .dll? Ensure that Address library you have installed is actually the one loaded. Also, delete the mod and redownload/install it again, just in case, highly unlikely that a .dll is broken but this is Windows we are talking about.
kannz Posted December 24, 2025 Posted December 24, 2025 (edited) post your mod list.. also how exactly did you install it? extracting it and installing it manually could cause problems. i think..also what 3 files? the optional files are for mod authors i think. 2 hours ago, roldoi1911 said: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/32444 The three BIN files for version 1.6.1179 vauses ctd when its the version installed and for my mods. Wrong forum? i have tried to deactivate one drive, and stop back ups from it. Still same issue.

I’m only getting ctds to the presence of the three bin files. I guess i’ll just have to move all the dlls and skse plugins and just slowly reinstall them to find if i missed any causing the issue.
roldoi1911 Posted December 24, 2025 Author Posted December 24, 2025 versionlib-1-6-1170-0.bin, versionlib-1-6-1170-0-1.bin, and versionlib-1-6-1179-0.bin are the files causing the ctd as far as i know

I only have one for 1.6.1179, that is 778kb large. I think you have installed something you shouldn't . This is what the Address Library install folder should look like. And are you using a mod organizer? Edit: Essentially, this mod will only initialize the appropriate bins. If they are crashing and the others not, it just means the others were not loaded. Imo, there is something else going on, address library is not the culprit. This mod has millions of downloads. Either its this weird one drive issue, or you installed something you shouldn't. Thats all I can say without more information. Edited December 24, 2025 by plutocene
roldoi1911 Posted December 25, 2025 Author Posted December 25, 2025 It seems to have been a onedrive issue. Idk what i did differently, but switching one drive back up on and off somehow fixed it. The app just seems to always be on the fritz. Maybe i changed the settings and it just didn’t register. Wtf is going on with that app?

Wtf is going on with that app? I told you so. Very good news that you were able to definitively determine the issue. Technically, Idk exactly, it interferes with access rights I believe, read it up on the nexus.
