Can't get sim naked in CAS

How do I get my sim to be naked in CAS without having to remove all clothing? I read that pressing X should do it, but this doesn't do anything. Is there a setting or something I need to set?

I may be misunderstanding this, but your writing says that pressing the X will remove the clothes, but it seems like you want to make the character naked without removing their clothes.
Which action is correct?
Pressing the X to remove the clothes requires a default nude. I think it was included in WW as a rule, but you can choose the one you want in the distribution.
To make the character naked without removing their clothes, all you have to do is desperately search for that nude among the CAS clothing and change into it.

However, the settings in the body selector take priority for in-game nudity. It's easier if you use the pose editor in WW.
