Casual Romance failed spectacularly

So I rotate between a lot of households in my save file. I'm used to some things resetting. A relationship disappears, things like that. But I have one household with the town's top whore, who has the casual romantic trait, and something like 40 clients. Never been a problem before. But tonight, she was slinging her trade at the hotel with her young protege, and the protege got a call from a prospective client, and accepted it. As soon as the sex was queued up, my Queen Whore became angry and jealous and developed a fear of being cheated on. She had zero romantic bars with anyone at this point. But I checked her relationship panel, and suddenly she has romance with dozens of people. Everyone she's ever slept with who is still showing up in her panel. And her casual romantic trait is still there. The interactions still work. But suddenly all her hidden casual relationships became open pink, and this is going to make it very difficult for her to sling her trade in the presence of literally anyone else.

 

Anyone else experience anything like this?
